These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the website amtelindia.com, technical inquiry channels, hardware integration services, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) provided by Amtel Communication Pvt. Ltd.
Acceptance of Terms
By browsing this website, requesting project quotations, or executing work orders with Amtel Communication Pvt. Ltd. ("Company"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are contracting on behalf of a corporate entity or government agency, you represent that you possess full legal authority to bind such entity.
Engineering, Installation & Site Access
For turnkey integration projects (telecom, CCTV, fire alarms, access control, structured cabling):
- Site Readiness: The client is responsible for providing unhindered physical access, stable power supply, civil conduits, and clear cable pathways as agreed during CAD site mapping.
- Hardware Integrity: Equipment delivered to site remains under Amtel's ownership until full commercial payment milestones outlined in the purchase order are cleared.
- OEM Hardware: Systems supplied (e.g., Matrix, Bosch, Hikvision, NEC) carry manufacturer-backed warranties. Amtel provides certified technician installation in strict adherence to manufacturer specifications.
Intellectual Property & Proprietary Rights
All branding, logo designs, custom CAD schematics, technical diagrams, software modules, website code, and documented solution designs published by Amtel Communication Pvt. Ltd. are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Restrictions: Users and client entities may not copy, reverse-engineer, re-sell, or redistribute Amtel's proprietary CAD engineering files, logo assets, or custom PBX scripts without prior written consent from Amtel management.
Warranties, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & AMC
Amtel provides comprehensive post-installation support under official Service Level Agreements:
Covers hardware manufacturing defects according to OEM terms (typically 12 to 36 months). Excludes lightning surges, physical vandalism, or unauthorized third-party modifications.
Guarantees scheduled quarterly preventative maintenance, 24/7 technical hotline access, emergency on-site engineer dispatches, and priority firmware updates.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Amtel Communication Pvt. Ltd. and its directors, officers, or engineers shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data, business disruption, or third-party perimeter breaches) resulting from system misuse, power fluctuations, or external network tampering beyond our direct control.
Commercial Terms & Billing
- Commercial quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from issuance date unless specified otherwise in writing.
- Invoices are payable according to agreed credit schedules. Delayed payments beyond statutory periods may incur standard commercial interest charges.
- Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and statutory duties in India are levied on all commercial transactions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any contractual disputes arising out of or related to Amtel's services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
